Where is Race HQ?

The Heartbreaker Race HQ is located at Sandy Balls Holiday Village in Godshill, postcode SP6 2JZ.

Will there be showers/changing facilities available?

Yes, racers will have access to the camping facilities at Sandy Balls Holiday Park.

Is there parking available?

Yes, please park in the gravel area at Sandy Balls Holiday Park. It will be signposted on the day. Please note, overnight camping is not available.

Is there a range of races?

Yes, you can choose a marathon or half marathon

How much does it cost to enter and are there any discounts?

For the full marathon it costs £23, for the half it’s £21. If you are UKA affiliated you will receive a £2 discount.

What time do I need to arrive?

The marathon starts at 9 am, the half marathon starts at 10 am. Chip Collection is available from 7:30 am, marathon runners must have collected their chip by 8:30 am, half marathon runners have until 9:30 am.

Is there a cut-off time for the marathon & half?

Yes, the cut off time is 3 pm for both the marathon and half marathon, giving you six hours to complete.

Is there accommodation available?

Is there a minimum age to enter?

Yes, you must be over 17 to enter the Heartbreaker.

Can I bring my dog to race with me?

Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted to accompany racers

Is the race suitable to wheelchair athletes?

Unfortunately, due to the terrain of this events, it is not suitable for wheelchair athletes.

What do athletes get once they have completed the race?

Race medals will be given to finishers as well as hot soup and roll.
